Tying into the markets for apartments and retail, the conceptual mixed-use project includes over 200 apartment units, nearly 45,000 SF of retail/restaurants and a five acre parcel for a 200,000 SF build-to-suit office tower.

 | | Village Center Station is situated at the "Arapahoe Station" light rail stop, in Greenwood Plaza Office Park which is the general vicinity of the Denver Technological Center. This four phase project consists of Phases One, Two and Three to include office towers with first floor retail. The use of Phase Four is TBD.
As a Class A office project, Village Center Station will be the focus point for the light rail stop. Located between 17th and 18th Streets, this project encompasses one half city block in Denver's Central Business District. Office space begins on floor seven with floors 7 through 20 having exceptional views.
The site is one block from Denver's new Ritz Carlton Hotel, the Westin Hotel, the Palm Restaurant and Hotel Monaco in the financial heart of Downtown Denver known as "Wall Street of the Rockies". | |

 | | The 9th & Colorado project is a redevelopment of 29.4 acres located in the City of Denver - also known as the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. The UCHSC plans to retain one building - the Critical Care Tower. A minimum of three existing buildings will be repurposed and another 13, totaling 1,543,100 SF, will be demolished. Demolition is anticipated to begin in 2009. | |
