Crescent IV

Crescent IV is superbly located in the Crescent Town Center, the heart of the DTC. Constructed in 1997, this three-story building consisting of 40,000 square feet was developed in a joint venture with the Denver Technological Center and Moore Companies, the primary user occupying two floors of the project. The building was completed and turned over for occupancy eight months from the time the lease and joint venture agreements were executed.

DTC Five
5555 DTC Pkwy

Centrally located within the DTC, this quorum of buildings with a total of 70,454 square feet has newly remodeled common areas. An elevated plaza affords great views of the mountains above free covered parking. These buildings are set in a park like setting with mature landscaping. Tenants pay a pro rata share of the common area expenses. DTC 5 is the new home for Colorado Athletic Club.

Highlands Ranch Town Center

Highlands Ranch Town Center is a 100-acre mixed-use development in the center of Highlands Ranch. Developed by Shea Properties, the project includes apartments, brownstones and more than 400,000 square feet of retail, including Home Depot, Safeway and Office Max. Other users include Tattered Cover Bookstore, Lansdowne Arms Bistro and Pub, Bed Bath & Beyond and Jamba Juice to name a few.

The buildings are designed to replicate the timeless design of New England charm and western progress.

Marina Square

Maroon V is a new Class A office building located in the heart of the Meridian International Business Center. Monaco Plaza
Monaco Plaza

Monaco Plaza provides tenants with a spectacular, unrestricted mountain and golf course view from one of the highest points in Denver. The building is located in DTC West, with easy access from I-25, I-225 and Belleview Avenue. Shea Center I and II were originally speculative Class A office buildings located in the premier Highlands Ranch Business Park. This project, developed by Shea Properties, contain four stories and consist of 119,635 square feet and 122,373 square feet, respectively. Shops at Highland Walk

Highland Walk is an 87,235 squfe foot King Soopers anchored shopping center located on the eastern portion of Highlands Ranch. Tenants include Compass Bank, Blockbuster, Starbucks and Taco Bell. Designed to integrate with the adjacent Highland Walk Neighborhood, this center includes a Park Square at the terminus of a 12-acre linear park system. The Shops at Highland Walk has proven to be one of the most usccessful centers in Highlands Ranch.

Wildcat Shopping Center

Wildcat Shopping Center is a 115,000 square foot development on a 13-acre site in the master planned community of Highlands Ranch. The center is anchored by King Soopers and includes other major tenants such as 1st Bank, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Little Holly's Restaurant.
