Sometimes people ask us, “What is it you do… exactly?” Well, on the one hand, there are three aspects of our business:

1. Selling/Developing Land and Buildings
2. Business Park Management and Operations
3. Tenant Maintenance and Property Management

However, on the other hand, there’s a much simpler answer to the question:

We're in the people business.

Everything we do has one overriding element in common: people! We create spaces where people work and live. We maintain an environment that contributes to the attractiveness and livability of a great city. And, we manage the day-to-day property concerns of several of Denver’s largest and most prestigious companies.

We feel privileged to be a corporate citizen in Colorado. And since we are in the people business, we try to give back something to those in our community who have contributed to our success. At DTC Meridian, ingrained in our corporate culture is a firm belief that working side-by-side with our clients and the people of Denver comes with a civic and philanthropic responsibility. Brokers for Battered Kids: Sponsor of annual events designed to raise money for disadvantaged children throughout Colorado.

Cherry Creek Schools Foundation: Board Membership/Events Chair for this community partnership supporting excellence in education.

Children’s Hospital Foundation: DTC personnel have been instrumental in raising more than $3 million (during a 10-year period) for the Children’s Hospital Reseach Institute.

Kempe Children’s Foundation: Board Membership/Events Chair dedicated to increasing awareness, engaging in advocacy and securing resources for the prevention and treatment of child abuse.

Havern Center: Board Membership/Events Chair for the benefit of children with special needs and learning disabilities.

Mackintosh Academy: Board Membership/Former Chair serving gifted and talented students from pre-school to eighth grade.

Concerts at the Crescent: We sponsor a free summer concert series for the benefit and enjoyment of the community.
